WHAT COURIER COMPANY DO WE USE?
We work with a third party courier service, The Courier Guy, to handle all our deliveries.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa.
We are looking at shipping our products internationally in the near future and our shipping policy will change for international clients.
DELIVERY FEES
Standard delivery fees - R99 (per order) which is automatically calculated upon check out of your online order. All orders that are R899 or more will receive FREE delivery which will automatically be deducted from your order upon check out.
DELIVERY TIMES
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS - ORDER PROCESSING
Custom-made products have a production period of 10-14 business day's and delivery may vary from 3-7 business day's depending on your area. Once your order has been processed you will receive your (tracking -number/waybill number) as well as the link to The Courier Guy's tracking system via email .
INVENTORY STOCK - ORDER PROCESSING
Inventory stock are stock items on hand with no production waiting period and these orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING
We process orders from oldest to newest and this may cause a delay on custom-made items when we receive a high volume of orders, in this regard we will keep you updated should there be any delays.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
Once you have received your (tracking number/ waybill number) which will be a number starting with (TCG) sent to you via email, this means your order has been shipped and has been handed over to the courier company - (The Courier Guy).
Step 1: Go to our homepage and click on the (Track My Order) - in our menu tab, once you have clicked on this tab you will be redirected to The Courier Guy's online tracking system.
Step 2: Once you are on The Courier Guy's tracking system, enter your (TCG) number that was provided to you via email in the tab where it states (Waybill Number).
Step 3: Once you have entered your (TCG) number click on the tab that states (Find My Parcel), once you have clicked on this tab you will be provided with your delivery status.
PEAK PERIODS
Peak periods are considered as:
- Month End
- Festive Season
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday
Please take into consideration that delivery times can be delayed during these times and can take a bit longer than the standard delivery times provided. We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time and progress of your delivery.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF COURIER FEES
We reserve the right not to refund our standard delivery fees if items are returned for refunds.
