At Exotic World, every toy is crafted with care specifically for you. Please read our policy below to understand how custom production, stock items, and shipping work.
Important: Custom Orders vs. Stock Items

All Toys are Custom-Made to Order: Choosing colors or picking options still means your toy is being custom-crafted from scratch after payment. Selecting colors does not mean an item is pre-made or in stock.

What is in Stock? Only items specifically listed under our "Rejects" or "Stock" categories are pre-made and on hand. All other products are made-to-order custom items.
Order Processing & Production Times

Custom Toys (Made-to-Order): Standard production takes 10 to 14 business days before dispatch, followed by 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on your area.
Good News! Production of 10 to 14 business days is our maximum estimated window. Orders are often completed and shipped much faster, depending on our current queue.

In-Stock Items (Rejects & Stock Category): These items require no production time and are processed for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.

Processing Order: We process orders strictly from oldest to newest. During high-volume periods, custom production may take closer to the full 14-business-day window, but we will keep you updated if any unexpected delays occur.
Delivery Information & Courier Services

Courier Partners: We work with The Courier Guy and utilize their PUDO service to handle all nationwide deliveries throughout South Africa.

Delivery Fees:

Standard Nationwide Delivery: R120 per order (calculated automatically at checkout).

Free Delivery: Automatically applied at checkout for all orders of R1,399 or more.

How to Track Your Parcel
Once your order has been produced and handed over to the courier service, you will receive an email containing your waybill/tracking number (starting with TCG or your PUDO tracking details).

Click on the Track My Order link in the menu on our homepage to go to the tracking page.

Enter your tracking/waybill number provided in your email.

Click Find My Parcel to view real-time delivery status updates.

Delivery and production times may run closer to maximum estimates during high-volume shopping periods, including:

We will keep you updated on your parcel’s progress during these times.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
Standard courier/delivery fees are non-refundable in cases where items are returned or exchanged for refunds.
